Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

We will accept any exchanges on Pitta-Patta product(s) bought on our website provided the item returned is in new/unworn condition. Pitta-Patta product(s) that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.

If you bought your Pitta-Patta product(s) from a retailer/ agent or vendor, you will need to contact the appropriate person for assistance.

*Please note:
Orders of sizes 6, 7, or 8 shoes are made to your specifications and are therefore not exchangeable or refundable​.

Damaged products

If the damaged Pitta-Patta product(s) is due to a factory fault, we will repair/replace the Pitta-Patta product(s) in the same style, size and colour (subject to availability) at no cost to you.

If factory fault damaged Pitta-Patta product(s) cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be given.

Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

 

Process of Exchange/Return

If you need to exchange a Pitta-Pitta product(s), please email us at info@pitta-patta.com for further assistance. Should reason of return be that the Pitta-Patta product(s) contain factory fault, please attach an image of the shoes in your email.

Should the exchange/ return comply with our exchange/return policy, you will be directed further via email.

If the Pitta-Patta product(s) are damaged due to factory fault, we will pay all transport costs. For any other reason of exchange/return, you will have to pay the transport costs.

Before returning, please enclose a note with the shoes that contains the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • Order number
  • Cell number
  • Reason of return
