Q: HOW DO I ORDER PITTA-PATTA SHOES ONLINE?

A: The answer is, “very easy”. Here is a step by step on how to order online. On our home page you click on “Log In” which is top left. If you are a ‘New Customer’, click on “Sign up” and follow the prompts. If you are a ‘Returning Customer’, you fill in the details required and “Login”. If you have forgotten your ‘Password’, then click on “Forgot your password” and follow the prompts.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

A: On successful completion of your checkout you will receive a confirmation email. If you have chosen the EFT payment option you still need to make payment and mail the proof of payment to info@pitta-patta.com. (Our banking details are on the confirmation mail or you can get them off our website under “Banking Details”. Once your order is approved you must ensure we receive confirmation of payment at your earliest convenience. Pitta-Patta cannot be held responsible for delays caused due to non-payment confirmation. If you have chosen the ‘Payfast’ option your order will be processed. The confirmation email is automated which you and Pitta-Patta will receive once your order has been successfully completed.

Q: IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

A: Absolutely. Your personal information is kept confidential and is only used in the processing of your order. Pitta-Patta does not save or store any of your credit card details at any time.

Q: CAN I ORDER VIA EMAIL/FAX/PHONE?

A: You are welcome to do so. We do prefer you order online though. The pro of ordering over the phone is that we get to speak to you as our customer, which is always nice, but the downside is that there is no paper trail and mistakes can creep in. Ordering via fax or email normally takes longer to process because inevitably we will need info and then it becomes a bit of a “ping pong”. Which brings me back to the method which is the best by far…order online.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

A: To return an item, please see the shipping / returns  section.

Q: HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHOES?

A: Spot clean with a damp cloth or wet wipe. If washing is needed - hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Shape correctly and dry in the shade. They may be stiff initially but should soften with wear.
